About Us

Truly Well is a non-profit organization creating a values shift toward the aspects of wellness that truly matter.

We want to help people hone their essential life skills, such as self-awareness, focus, and discipline; create opportunities for joy and calm; and help them find meaning and purpose in what they do.  In order to do so, we set foundations for others to develop strong relationships, communicate well, and be caring towards others.

With special emphasis on social and emotional well-being, our goal is to build a kind and caring society that allows for every one of us to live truly well.

Our Story

Being truly well is not easy. Too many people face stress, conflict, loneliness, and worry. Too few people have peace of mind, purpose, deep friendships, and meaningful community. In today's world, there are many things competing for our time and attention.

Unfortunately, the paths to wellness offered by medicine, the wellness industry, and societal views of a good life are flawed or insufficient. Wellness is more than just going to the doctor's when we're sick, exercising, and eating right. Wellness needs more than profit-driven consumer products, pseudo-science fads, and self-help. A life that is truly well goes beyond the conventional standards of success.  It is a life filled with lasting happiness, peace, fulfillment, and care towards oneself and others.

We believe that social and emotional well-being are essential, but neglected in our society. We believe that individualistic approaches aren't enough. We believe that wellness needs to be caring, proven, ever-present, and available to all.
