How We Approach Meditation 

Much of our work is focused on meditation, where we help people both initiate and sustain the habit. We use a variety of formats and venues to reach many audiences with different needs and at different stages of practice. These include Meditation 101, weekly sittings, home visit sessions for those facing mobility issues, guided meditation with friends, and retreats. We also have guided meditation recordings in English and Spanish.
